Stamp Duty Contribution Offer - Windmill Place – May 2025
Eligibility

This offer is available exclusively to purchasers who reserve a new home at Windmill Place, Hollingbourne between 1st April 2025 and 16th May 2025 (inclusive).

The offer is only available to individual private purchasers. It is not available to companies, partnerships, or investors purchasing for buy-to-let or commercial purposes.

Reservations must be fully completed, including payment of any reservation fee, within the promotional period.
Offer Details

Aile Homes will contribute £15,000 towards the purchaser’s Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) liability.

Where the total SDLT liability exceeds £15,000, the purchaser will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.

The SDLT contribution will be applied as a deduction from the final balance payable at legal completion and will not be paid in cash.

The contribution is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other incentive or discount.
Limitations

This offer is strictly limited to reservations made within the specified promotional period and will not be extended beyond 16th May 2025 under any circumstances.

Aile Homes reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes will not affect reservations already made and confirmed within the offer period.
